• Digital Downloads: Select and download images directly from our digital gallery. Available in different resolutions, suitable for personal or commercial use.

• Physical Prints: Purchase printed copies of our photographs. These can be ordered in various sizes and finishes, suitable for display or decoration.

• Limited Editions with Signature and Seal of Authenticity: We offer limited editions of certain images, signed and with a Rustic Museum seal of authenticity, ideal for collectors and art enthusiasts.

Image Ownership

• When you purchase an image, we grant you a limited license to use it, in accordance with the terms that we will detail below. The copyright and all related rights belong entirely to Ana Wilda Santiago Figueroa. The purchase of any image, whether digital or physical, does not imply the transfer of copyright or intellectual property, but rather a limited license to use it under the terms specified below.

1. Personal Use License

• By purchasing a digital or physical image from Museo Rústico, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the image exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes printing the image for home decoration or using it as wallpaper on personal devices, but does not allow resale, distribution or commercial use of the image.

2. Commercial Use License

• For any commercial use of the images, such as in advertising materials, product promotions or any other form of commercial exploitation, it is necessary to acquire a specific commercial license. This license requires a direct agreement with Ana Wilda Santiago Figueroa or its authorized representatives and may include additional restrictions and fees tailored to the proposed use.

3. Editorial Use License

• Editorial licenses allow the use of images in editorial contexts, such as in book, magazine or newspaper publications. This license must also be specifically negotiated with Ana Wilda Santiago Figueroa or her representatives, ensuring that the use aligns with the interests and integrity of the works and their author.

• Alteration, modification or creation of derivative works from the images is not permitted without the express written permission of Ana Wilda Santiago Figueroa. Using the images in a way that could be considered defamatory, illegal or in violation of content standards is also strictly prohibited.

• Modification or alteration of any image without the express consent of Museo Rústico is strictly prohibited.

• Images must not be used in a way that is defamatory or violates any law.

• Browse through our online collection and select the purchase option you prefer.

• Complete payment through our secure system. For digital downloads, you will receive a link to download the image. For physical orders, shipping to your address will be coordinated.

• For purchases with specific licenses, contact our team to discuss the details and complete the purchase.

• Digital downloads are final sales and no refunds are offered due to the replicable nature of the product. Purchases of physical prints may be returnable or exchangeable under certain conditions, specified at the time of purchase.

• For limited editions, returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the edition and the condition of the product.
